W. S Goudeau is a self published author from the bay area. Born and raised in Oakland California. He grew up around his dad doing camerawork and editing commercials for Soul Beat, the first black owned tv station. Always being captivated by movies as a kid by spending hours at the grand lake and century theater. An eventual rise in violence in the area led to him moving to Fairfield California, where he would spend the second half of his life becoming the man he is today. The 707 being the place of community, love and passion! Would help shape the idea of the Legend Stone saga. An idea that began as a short story evolved into a screenplay, then a novel, and now Legend Stone marks the beginning of a saga years in the making. Rooted in the heart of the 707, his debut launches a saga that reimagines power, purpose, and place. This is more than fiction—it’s a movement to put Fairfield on the literary map.
